TYRES DUMBARTON
Tyre Safety Checks & Replacement Tyres
Tyre safety is very important. We offer tyre safety checks. Our checks confirm if your tyres are road legal or not. If your tyres are at the end of their lifespan and treads wearing low we are able to quote for replacement tyres at a competitive price. We have a range of tyre that we can source for you from budget to top of the range.
Additional services include puncture repairs, wheel balancing, steering tracking alignment and both 2 and 4 wheel laser alignment.
If you happen to lose your locking wheel nut key, we can remove your locking wheel nuts with minimal damage to the wheel.
Are your tyres safe, are they legal?
This is a very common question that people ask however the best way to be safe is to get them checked out. We offer a free tyre safety check. This is where we test the tread. The minimum legal depth is 1.6mm. If your tyre is near to the tread we can get you a price for new tyres to suit your budget.
Did you know?
If you are stopped by the police and found to have badly worn tyres that aren’t legal you will be fined up to £2500 and 3 penalty points per tyre.
Winter Tyres
Make sure that your tyres are ready for winter. Braking distances change in winter conditions and having tyres with little tread can increase your chance of having an accident.
